Regular Products:
Customers can exchange or return non-discounted products within 30 days of receiving the order, provided the products are in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and contain all original accessories. Discounted Products:
Customers may exchange discounted products within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that the products are in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and contain all original accessories. Discounted products are not refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Products prepared to the customer's request (such as customized products) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Returns will only be accepted if a return request has been submitted in advance.

2. Return and Refund Terms:
Products must be in their original condition, i.e., unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
Products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
The original purchase invoice must be attached.
In the event of an exchange, the replacement product must be of the same or higher value as the original product (with the difference paid).
In the event of a return, the product value will be refunded (in some cases, excluding shipping fees) to the original payment method or with usable store credit.

3. Exceptions:
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products that have been customized to the customer's order cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products that have violated the warranty terms cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products whose safety, health, or privacy are affected cannot be returned or exchanged.
These products include: personal care products, underwear and sportswear, beauty products, fresh food, live plants, hazardous materials, and downloadable digital goods.

4. Return and Refund Process:
The product value will be refunded (or exchanged) after the product is received and inspected by the store.
If the return or refund request is approved, the store will determine the method of returning the product (either via a shipping company contracted by the store or via the customer).
The customer bears the return shipping costs in the event of a return or refund (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
